One dead following shooting in Holden

On 09/26/20 at 11:59 p.m., Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of SW U Highway, Holden, MO. in regards to a female that was shot. Upon arrival, Deputies located the victim, Sabrina Page (Farris), age 29, Holden, deceased from a gunshot wound. During the investigation, Deputies arrested Daniel Page, age 30, Holden.

On 09/27/20 the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office filed charges against Daniel Page for the following charges, with no bond:

Count I Murder 2nd Degree Class A Felony
Count II Armed Criminal Action Class U Felony
Count III Voluntary Manslaughter Class B Felony
Count IV Armed Criminal Action Class U Felony
Count V Unlawful Use of a Weapon Class E Felony
Count VI Murder 2nd Degree Class A Felony
Count VII Unlawful Use of a Weapon Class A Felony
Count VIII Endangering the Welfare of a Child 1st Degree Class B Felony
Count IX Armed Criminal Action Class U Felony

The charges are merely an accusation and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
