Rich Hill man arrested on probation & parole warrant

On 9/28/20 around 11:58pm the Butler Police Department arrested 56 year old Leon D. Berry of Rich Hill, Missouri.

Mr. Berry was arrested for 1.) Felony District 30 Probation and Parole Warrant - Original Charges distribution/ delivery of a controlled substance and 2nd Degree Assault.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he is currently being held on no bond.
