Bobby was born in Topeka, Kansas on July 16, 1940 to Jay Roscoe Teter and Opal Aileen (Albright) Teter. After graduating high school, Bobby faithfully served his country in the United States Navy before continuing with his education. In life Bobby was an avid hunter and enjoyed skeet and trap shooting.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Aileen Teter; wife Cherry Sue Smith; and brother, Billy Joe Teter.
He is survived by his son Eric Ryan Teter; daughter Robyn Lucretia Crowder (Donnie); brother Dean Roscoe Teter (Teresa); and two grandchildren, Lindsey Petsch (Eric) and Scott Crowder.
