Ted was born on August 4, 1963 in Clinton, Missouri, the son of Mason Kit Anderson and Darlene Hudgens Anderson and passed away at Cox Medical Center, Springfield, Missouri on October 7, 2020 as a result of an accident in Nixa, Missouri.
Ted was an Eagle Scout. He was a graduate of Clinton High School and Central Missouri State University with a degree in business. He worked at the Smoke House in Clinton. Ted loved to play basketball and was always willing to join a pick up game. He also loved classic rock music. His favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys for football and the Oakland A’s for baseball.
Ted was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Anderson. He is survived by his father, Kit Anderson of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one son, Mason Anderson of Clinton, Missouri; three daughters, Anna Anderson and Katie Anderson of Springfield, Missouri and Gracie Anderson of Clinton, Missouri; two sisters, Melinda Goth of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Sara Anderson of Clinton, Missouri and two grandchildren Stevie Anderson of Springfield, Missouri and Joseph Theodore Gary of Clinton, step-daughter Tanna Marie Parratt-Robinson of Clinton, step-granddaughter Bracie Margaret Robinson of Clinton and a cousin Amy Cohen. He is also survived by Jennifer Anderson mother of Anna & Katie Anderson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton, Missouri.
