The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2013 Toyota driven by 23 year old Autumn R. Cunningham of Urich, Missouri failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck the 2008 Mercedes driven by 76 year old Mary J. Cable of Clinton, Missouri, the vehicle was hit in the passenger side and it was overturned.
Mary J. Cable was pronounced dead and she was transported to the Henry County Coroners Office.
Autumn R. Cunningham sustained minor injuries and she refused medical treatment at the scene of the accident. This is Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 57th Fatality of 2020.
