Emma Louise Meade, age 90 of Butler, Missouri died Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, Missouri. She was born June 9, 1930 to Fred W and Marie Spawn Mager at the home of her grandmother in Amoret, Missouri.
Emma is survived by her husband, John William “Bill” Meade of Butler, Missouri; one stepson, Claude “Buddy” Meade of Adrian, Missouri; two stepdaughters, Kathy Mead and Christine Meade both of Butler, Missouri; brother-in-law, Dean Allen of Butler, Missouri; sisters-in-law, Norma Lindsey of Belton, Missouri, Dorothy Maloyed of Virginia, Margaret Butler of Prince George, Virginia, Nancy Meade and Mary Branzelle both of Petersburg, Virginia and Ruby Meade of Bluefield, Virginia; and nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband John Allen; one brother, Herman Mager; and one sister, Della Luckan.
