Billy R. Tippie, Rich Hill, passed away Thursday, January 21, at the Kansas City, Mo. Hospice House. He was 83.
Arrangements are under direction of Heuser Funeral Home, Rich Hill, and a private graveside service is scheduled Monday, January 25, in the Green Lawn Cemetery, Rich Hill.
Visitation's scheduled between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Saturday, January 23, at Heuser Funeral Home and a family gathering is to be scheduled this Spring.
