Missing man last seen near Amsterdam

The Bates County Sheriffs Office is seeking help from the Amsterdam Community. The Sheriff’s Office took a report yesterday in regards to a potential missing person. At this time we are trying to locate Chad Rogers a 41 year old white male. 

Rogers was dropped off on foot in the area north of McBee’s on Tuesday around 11am in route to a friends house in the area. 

Mr. Rogers was wearing a black and white hat, safety vest jacket that is similar to the below picture. Grey Nike joggers with slip on tennis shoes. He is 5”10, approximately 350lbs with a full beard.

Due to the extreme cold weather the Sheriff’s Office is solely concerned for Mr. Rogers welfare. According to known associates this is not uncommon behavior of Mr. Rogers.

The Sheriff’s Office will be conducting area canvasses in Amsterdam to obtain information.
