Elaine Hellwig, Donna Kauffman, Lylah Linard, Sharon Perkins, Ramona Snyder and Ruby Stotmeister. The November 2020 minutes were read. Elaine gave the treasurer’s report. Despite the cold and covid, the shop still had $3000 to donate. A motion was made and seconded to donate to the following: The Ministerial Alliance, Children’s Center, Butler Library, Senior Center and BaCo Taxi. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on being open more days. A motion was made and seconded beginning the 2 nd week in March; the shop will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours will be 1-4:30pm. Motion carried. All covid regulations will continue to be followed. Be sure to stay tuned to KMAM Radio, follow face book and the local news paper for updates. In April there will be an “End of Season ½ price sale.”
