Makenzie Jarreau is signing today with the Southwest Baptist University stunt team as a backstop. She has been cheering competitively for 9 years and for Butler High School for 3 years. This past year, as a Senior, she held a co-captain position for Fall cheer and served as captain for Winter cheer.Cheerleading has always been a big part of Makenzie’s life. That being said, she is definitely ready and excited to take it to the college level. In general, being a leader is a big part of Makenzie’s life - as she has been on the Butler cheer squad. Mackenzie can’t wait to see what opportunities present themselves and what she can bring to SBU with her great attitude and love for the sport of cheerleading!
