One dead after fatality motorcycle accident in Henry County

On March 27th around 6:10pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Henry County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a fatality accident on CR NW 1301 just south of CR NW 900 in rural Henry County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when 57 year old Max D. Overbay of Raytown, Missouri had a medical emergency why riding his 1995 Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

Max D. Overbay was pronounced dead and was transported to the Jackson County Medical Examiners Office.
