Harrisonville man seriously injured in Cass County crash

On May 19th around 8:00 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident northbound lanes of Missouri 7 Highway just north of E.227th Street in rural Cass County. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Nissan Altima driven by 48 year old Christopher R. Stephens of Harrisonville, Missouri swerved off the roadway and struck a tree.

Mr. Stephens sustained serious injuries and he was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment.

The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene.
