Update: Kansas City man killed in Belton shooting

The Belton Police Department has identified the party who was killed in this morning’s shooting as 22 year old Rahiem L. Pulce of Kansas City, Mo. 

The identities of the other parties involved in this incident are still not being released pending any charges.
