D. F. Mitchell, age 91 of Adrian, Missouri died Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born May 10, 1930 to Josiah and Margaret Sider Mitchell in Grove, Oklahoma.
D. F. is survived by his wife, Roseann Mitchell of Adrian, Missouri; one son, Ken Mitchell and wife Melissa of St. Joseph, Missouri; three daughters, Kat Willson and husband Del of Keota, Iowa, Cheri Sullins and husband Tristan of Adrian, Missouri and Lisa Fitzpatrick and husband Marvin of Shawnee, Kansas; six grandchildren, Cora, Nicholas, Abbey, Kaitlyn, Michael and Courtney; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Sheldon, Thayne, Bob, Deb and Doyle Mitchell; and two sisters, Nola Coale and Wilma Legg.
