Frank was born on April 17, 1939 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Frank (Fate) and Martha Golightly. He served for a time in the Marines. He later worked for Peabody Coal and then drove a tour bus for Reids. He married Cleora Harbison in 1964 and together they raised 4 children, Jodi, Gary, Frankie and Mary.
Frank loved watching sports and the outdoors especially fishing. He had coached youth sports including football, baseball and softball. He later became a state certified referee and umpire in baseball, softball, volleyball and basketball.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters; Betty and Shirley, 2 brothers; Bill and Rusty.
Frank is survived by his wife Cleora, his sister Mary, 4 children; Jodi, Gary, Frankie, Mary, 5 grandchildren; Brett, Derek, Frankie, Zakeri, Samantha, 2 greatgrandchildren; Madison, and Adam along with several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
