Bonnie was born in Omaha, Nebraska on July 4, 1925 to Ocie “Bud” Vivian Antisdel and Gertrude Elizabeth (Wright). Bonnie graduated from high school and was joined in marriage by her late husband James M. Stephens. Together this union was blessed with four children, James, Nancy, Dianne, and Dinah. In life, Bonnie was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Raymore, Missouri as well as a member of Eastern Star. She was an avid gardener, loved to knit, and play Bridge. Bonnie was also a truck driver, school bus driver, and commercial shrimper. Sadly in 1993, James passed away. In 1999, Bonnie was remarried with Donald R. Jeffers.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Ocie and Gertrude Antisdel; husband of forty-nine years, James M. Stephens; second husband of fourteen years, Donald R. Jeffers; and two brothers, Jack and Jerry Antisdel.
She is survived by her four loving children, James Stephens (Dorsey), Nancy Williamson, Dianne Harmon (Bill), and Dinah Nash (John); twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.
