Two arrested after fleeing police in Rich Hill

On December 31, 2021 a Deputy observed a Dodge Dakota pulling a Toyota Corolla fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of 1st and Hickory in Rich Hill, MO. The Deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop.

The Dodge Dakota did not stop for the Deputy and continued on throughout Rich Hill and then south into Vernon County. The vehicle then stopped and the driver exited the vehicle. The Deputy identified the driver as Justin Keene (5/26/1987).

Keene was placed in restraints. The Deputy then instructed the passenger to exit the vehicle. The passenger was identified as Linda Miller (DOB 5/10/1980).

Miller had warrants out of Clinton County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was $5000.00 cash only.

Keene was charged with Fleeing and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $25000.00 cash only. Keene is currently in custody at the Bates County Jail.
