BCMH Employee of the Year

Mike Keiser has been named Bates County Memorial Hospital’s employee of the year for 2021. Mike began his employment at BCMH in July 1998 as the director of Plant Operations. In 2020, he transferred to a skilled maintenance position. His knowledge and expertise have been invaluable over the years. 

Mike is much appreciated for his willingness to help anyone, be it employee, patient or visitor. His smile and positive demeanor are encouraging to all.

The BCMH employee of the year is chosen by private ballot by employees of BCMH. Mike was honored at the February 18 Employee Awards Banquet, and was presented with a plaque by Greg Weaver, Chief Executive Officer. Mike wishes to thank his fellow employees for recognizing his service. “The people around me make me look better,” he said.
