The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Toyota Tacoma driven by 68 year old Phillip E. Jones of Deepwater ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Mr. Jones sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville for treatment.
