Patricia “Pat” Lynn Smith, 72, Rich Hill, MO, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. 

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, 2022 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian, MO with visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lily House in Adrian.
