Glenda Kay Lewis, 81, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Tuesday afternoon, April 26, 2022 at the Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City, Mo. She was born November 1, 1940 in Jefferson City, Indiana, the daughter of George Johnson and Catherine (Swearingen) Johnson.
She married Carl Lee Lewis in Sand Springs, Oklahoma on March 23, 1963, after dating only three months. He survives of the home. Glenda took great pride in being a stay at home mom and taking care of her family. She enjoyed painting and reading when time allowed.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Glenis Syler, Tulsa, Ok., and Cristie Lewis, Kansas City, Kansas; six grandchildren, Carl Kline, Anthony Galvan, Bobby Galvan, Brian Galvan, Christopher Syler and Alexandra Wilson; thirteen great-grandchildren, Alexis Kline, Savannah Kline, Javan Galvan, Piper Kline, Urijah Kline, Micah Galvan, Elijah Galvan, Jaelyn Wilson, Jethro Galvan, Maddux Galvan, Conner Wilson, Elana Galvan and Lincoln Kline.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Velda Johnson and Lana Baker.
