Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected through the day today, tonight and into tomorrow. It will not be a washout and these storms will not be severe.
The best chance for severe storms will come tomorrow night (after 9PM). All modes of severe weather will be possible with this round of storms, including: large hail, damaging winds and even a couple tornadoes possible.
Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected late this weekend into early next week with rain totals between 1.5 to locally 4 inches expected. This may lead to localized flooding.
