The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2018 Freightliner Dump Truck driven by 47 year old Dale C. Ijams of Walker, Missouri slid off the east side of the roadway and overturned.
Mr. Ijams sustained serious injuries and he was transported by ambulance to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri for treatment.
The dump truck was totaled and towed from the scene of this accident by Garwoods Wrecker Service of Nevada.
