Happy 100th Birthday Dick!

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen had the honor of presenting a proclamation to Dick Morris at the Board meeting this week in celebration of his upcoming 100th birthday on September 16, 2022.

Dick is a lifetime resident of Peculiar. If you see Dick out and about please wish him a Happy Birthday!!
