Sue was born in Montrose, Missouri on February 7, 1936, the daughter of Clarence A Cornell and Pauline M. Vansant Cornell. She graduated from Montrose R-14 High School in May of 1953. She started work at Hallmark card in Kansas City until her marriage.
Sue was united in marriage to Richard Donald Goth on September 6, 1954, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Montrose, Missouri. After Dick and Sue were married the welcomed seven children, Theresa, Donald, David, Darrell, Danny, Maggie and Sandra. Sue later started working at Clover Leaf Sewing Company in Appleton City, Missouri, then she became the Bookkeeper for West Central Community Action Agency in Appleton City until she retired at the age of 70 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, two brothers-in-law and one grandson.
Survivors include her seven children, Theresa (Bill) Munsterman, Donald Goth (Karen Hinkle), David Goth, Darrell (Mary Anne) Goth, Danny Goth, Maggie (Phil) Stoddard and Sandra (Shawn) Brownsberger, 15 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
