Warsaw man in serious condition after being struck by vehicle in Pettis County

On February 11th around 8:25 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Pettis County along with Pettis County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle on Missouri 65 Highway south of Honda Road.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the north bound 2022 Ford Maverick driven by 82 year old John Yardley of Warsaw, Missouri struck 26 year old Devin M. Miller of Warsaw as he walked on the right edge of the roadway.

Mr. Miller sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported to University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri for treatment.
