On April 18th El Dorado Springs Missouri Police officers arrested Matthew T. Charles, 30, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Fugitive from Justice for a Sedgwick County Kansas Warrant, charging him with seven felony counts of Rape of a Child less than 14 years old and two counts of felony Attempted Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, and a Dade County Warrant for Failure to Appear with the original charge of Fishing without a Permit for a Non-resident with a $200.00 bond.
Officers complete a probable cause statement for Fugitive from Justice. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant, charging him with Fugitive from Justice with a $150,000.00 cash bond.
He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and court appearances.
