Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at St. Sabina Catholic Church, 700 Trevis Ave., Belton, Missouri 64012. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. followed by Mass at 5:00 p.m.
Judith was born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 9, 1942 to Arthur Wirtz and Margaret (Wing) Wirtz. After graduating high school, Judith continued her education and created a career in the medical industry as a scheduler. In the summer of 1961 she was joined in marriage with her husband Richard M. Albrecht Sr. on August 26th. For thirty six years, she lived in Arizona. Judith held a Catholic faith and was a faithful member of St. Sabina Catholic Church in Belton, Missouri. In life she enjoyed making jewelry, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Margaret Wirtz; and brother Michael Wirtz.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty two years, Richard Albrecht; children, Michele Burke (Michael), Lori Hoy (Jeff), Stephanie Flannagan (Michael), Richard Albrecht Jr. (Kris), and Aimee Bishop (Bruce); brother, John Wirtz (Karen); sisters, Patty McConnell (Sam), Nancy Welch (Jim), Mary Ann Prince (Paul), and Debbie Walters (Harold); ten grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
