The Bates County Elks Lodge #2653 presents 2023 Safety Village! Signs ups will be July 16th from 1-3pm at the Bates County Elks Lodge in Butler. Safety Village is for kids who are 4-5 years old before August 1st. This great program is directed by Tiffany Blaser!
