Mr. Hancock was arrested on the following charges 1.) Misdemeanor DWI- 1st offense 2.) Careless and Imprudent Driving 3.) Failure to provide Insurance.
He was booked into the Vernon County Jail in Nevada and he is currently being held on a 24 hour hold with charges pending.
