Kirk attended Salem High School in Salem, MO.
Survivors include his mother, Norma Finn, Sarasota, FL; one sister Jacqueline Stuart and her husband Neil Stuart, Salem; nephews Marcus Seay and wife, Hope Wisdom Seau, Boss, MO, Steven Morton, Kansas City, MO, Jack Morton and fiance Stephanie McCulloch, Sullivan, MO and Gabriel Morton, Kansas City, MO. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Hickey, stepfather Gene Finn, and grandparents Dewey and Alta Phipps, Salem.
