The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the westbound 2004 Peterbilt driven by 64 year old Timothy A. Shreve of Butler, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Mr. Shreve sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by Life Flight Eagle to Research Medical Center for treatment.
The semi truck received extensive damages and it was towed from the scene of this crash by J's Southland Tow.
