According to the El Dorado Springs Police Department, on Thursday, October 12th, officers responded to the 400 block of South Ohio Street concerning a peace disturbance.
Investigation led to the arrest of 37 year old Michael Owens for probable cause of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action.
Officers received a Cedar County warrant charging him with the charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and Owens was taken to the Cedar County Jail. Bond was set at $20,000 cash only.
