He graduated Warsaw High School Class of 1976. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. He would later become a carpenter and a jack of all trades. He also loved hunting and fishing.
He was united in marriage to Tonya Burris in New Mexico on July 6, 1996.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his step mother who raised him, Elaine Hartle, one brother, Robert Kinney and his two sons, Robbie and William Kinney and a grandson Eli Yebra.
He is survived by his wife Tonya Hartle of Warsaw, two daughters, Amanda Hartle of Arkansas and Ashley Martin of Lincoln, Missouri, one granddaughter, Allyie Martin, 4 siblings, Jimmy Hartle, Diana Sepulvado, Thomas Kinney and Rena Kinney, 3 step-siblings, Tammy Brownfield, Dennis Brown and Toni Bakert, his step-mother, Donna Hartle, close friends, James Atterberry, Tony Norton and Mark Bott, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Ozark North Shore Shelter House at 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023.
