The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a eastbound 2008 Toyota RAV4 driven by 67 year old Diana M. Shopper of Nevada, Missouri failed to stop at a stop sign and pulled into the path of a southbound 2010 Ford F-150 driven by 25 year old Casey M. Lewis of Osceola.
Diana M. Shopper was pronounced deceased at the scene of this accident and she was transported to Daniel Funeral Home in Lamar.
This is Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 121st fatality of the year 2023.
