She was born December 17, 1943 in St. Louis, and married Tom Winters on February 6, 1965; they had two children, Tracy Ann and Thomas William, Jr. Tom and Joanne operated an aircraft maintenance shop at the Butler Airport from 1971 to 1990.
Joanne is survived by her husband, Tom of the home in California, MO, a daughter, Tracy Echols (Kenny) of Diana, TX, a son, Tom, Jr. (Karen) of California, MO, and a brother, Jim Koby (Shearon) of St. Peters, MO. She is further survived by four granddaughers, Heather Musick of Blue Springs, MO, Ashley Epperson of Naples, Italy, Jackie Fulmer (Gary) of Hallsville, TX and McKenna Echols of Diana, TX, and four great-daughters, one great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
