Short pursuit leads to arrest in St. Clair County

On January 5, 2024 St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast TT Highway for a report of threats with firearm. Suspects left the scene and after a short pursuit, deputies were able to detain three subjects. 

Jeffery Fensom was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop by Fleeing-Creating a Substantial Risk of Serious Injury/Death to Any Person, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. 

Lance Spencer was arrested and is being charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Amphetamine or Methamphetamine, and Assault 1st Degree or Attempt- Serious Physical Injury or Special Victim. 

Dani Spencer was arrested and is being charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Amphetamine or Methamphetamine.
