Butler Lady Bears Softball couldn't keep up with the Buffalo Bison and fell 10-2 on Monday

Butler Lady Bears Softball couldn't keep up with Buffalo Bison and fell 10-2 on Monday. 

Buffalo Bison got on the board in the top of the second inning after C Wentz singled, scoring two runs, and a passed ball scored one run. Kylee Dubray started the game for Butler Bears. 

They surrendered six hits and six runs (four earned) over five and one-third innings, striking out 11 and walking eight.

Sophomore Leah White stepped in the circle first for Buffalo Bison. The starting pitcher gave up three hits and two runs (one earned) over seven innings, striking out 12 and walking two.

Sophomore Sydney Davis, Freshman Kylee Dubray, and Senior Haven Humphrey each collected one hit for Butler Bears. Freshman Kadyn Cook and Humphrey each drove in one run for the Lady Bears. 

Butler Bears play at home on Tuesday against Green Ridge Tigers in their next game.
