National Hospital Week

Did you know that the BCHM hospital is governed by five community members? Our board of directors are elected to their positions by the citizens of Bates County.

Each board member serves a five-year term and can be re-elected for additional terms. They are unpaid public servants working for our hospital and community.

We are grateful for their dedication, their hours of work and training, and the difficult decisions they are routinely asked to make to ensure our health care stays local for the long term.
