George Wellington Sargent II, age 68 of Raymore, Missouri died Monday, May 20, 2024 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, Missouri. He was born October 10, 1955 to George Wellington and Francis Patricia Mahoney Sargent in Kansas City, Missouri.
George is survived by two sons, Ryan Sargent and companion Brooke Fisher and Adam Sargent all of Overland Park, Kansas; four grandchildren; and six sisters, Janie Richeson and husband Michael of Bates City, Missouri, Patricia Sargent of Raymore, Missouri, Cathrine Brammer and husband Preston of Wichita, Kansas, Susan Maldonado of Lawson, Missouri, Kyle DeFrain and husband Doug of Peculiar, Missouri and Kris Darrah and husband Rick of Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Cody Sargent; two brothers, Mike and Steve; and a sister, Mary Irvin.
