The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when northbound 2021 GMC Sierra driven by a 16 year old female from Butler, Missouri was rear-ended by a 2020 Ford Escape driven by 38 year old Marvin F. Norman of Butler, Missouri. The Escape then struck a 2007 Ford Fusion driven by 36 year old Kenneth W. Adcock which was stopped to make a left hand turn.
Marvin F. Norman along with a passenger in his vehicle 67 year old Gwendolyn Norman of Butler, Missouri both sustained serious injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
