Update: More charges filed after search warrant served in Belton

44-year-old Tracy Breece of Belton has been charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor related to a search warrant that on June 21st near Hamilton Ln. and West South Ave. in Belton,

The two felonies are Distribution of A Controlled Substance in A Protected Location (Class A) and Keeping or Maintaining A Public Nuisance (Class E). 

The misdemeanor is for Possessing Wildlife in Captivity Without a Permit (Class A). Breece is being held at the Cass County Jail with no bond allowed.
