The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the southbound 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by 49 year old Sidney L. Riley of Blairstown, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway, collided with a tree before overturning.
Mr. Riley sustained serious injuries and he was flown by air ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri for treatment.
