Butler man arrested on 2nd Degree Assault Charge

On 9/3/2024, Butler Officers responded to the area of Days Inn for an assault. 

When Officers arrived on scene, they made contact with a female victim and a witness who advised them that Tony Thomas had assaulted the victim with what she believed to be a baseball bat.

The victim sustained visible injuries and was transported to ambulance to be treated.

Tony Thomas was later located and taken into custody. A warrant was issued for Tony Thomas with the following charge:

Assault 2nd Degree
Tony Thomas was assigned a bond amount of $30,000 Cash Only.
