Belton Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Runaway Juvenile

The Belton Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating runaway juvenile Sayvion Richards-Dupree. Sayvion is a 15-year-old male with brown hair and brown eyes.

Sayvion was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a black hooded sweatshirt last observed in the Belton area but believed to be at an address off of Oak Leaf Dr. in Kansas City, Raytown, or in the Overland Park, KS area.
