Jack worked many years in construction, building homes in the Warsaw, Clinton and Sedalia areas. Jack loved to build cabinets, worked on older cars, especially the Model A’s and Model T’s. He attended Lakeside Chapel near his home and was the first pastor of the Full Gospel Chapel on Fowler Street in Cole Camp, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one daughter, Barbara J. Medlock and an infant son and two sisters.
He is survived by one son Charles Roark (Audrea) of Warsaw, two daughters, Darlene Johnson (Jim) of Warsaw, Kathy Medlock (Rev. Johnny) of Warsaw, 8 grandchildren, Darla (Chad) Ellis, Becki (Todd) Strouphauer, Wendi (Jeremy) Stetina, Elizabeth (Tony) Dominis, Michael (Rashell) Medlock, Matthew (Jaime) Medlock, Gabrielle (Ryan) Rains, Rachel Medlock, 21 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, one brother, Wayne Roark (Margaret) a multitude of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln, Missouri. A visitation will be held from an hour prior to the funeral service.
