She was nominated by her staff as being the best supervisor they had worked with in their laboratory tech career. Rebecca is there to help when needed with a wonderful attitude and a smile.
She is easy to talk to and will answer all your questions. She has an extensive knowledge of the lab and how it works and is eager to share it. Rebecca has been working at EMH in the lab since July of 2016 and was promoted to Department Manager in November of 2022.
She also has an addition role of being in of charge of Infection Control that entails numerous things to keep track of. The lab techs respect Rebecca with the way she takes pride in her job and truly cares about EMH. They call her the backbone of the department, which makes for an outstanding group in the lab that strive to do their best by example.
