Kris Parker, 51, of Nevada, Missouri, passed away on November 17, 2024, at her home surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 20, 1973, Kris was a strong, hardworking woman who lived her life with courage, kindness, and unwavering love for those around her.
Kris grew up in Harrisonville, Missouri, and later moved to Nevada, Missouri, where she met her husband, Donald Parker, in 2013. A true warrior, Kris faced life’s challenges with bravery and grace. She found joy in shopping, cherished time spent with her beloved grandchildren and dedicated herself to her work and family. Her beauty, both inside and out, was matched only by her kind heart and loving spirit.
Kris was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Stansberry, her father Ralph Stansberry, her sister, Robin Stansberry, and her brother, John Stansberry. She was the last of her immediate family to pass, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Parker; her son, Tyler McMullen; and her two daughters, Kristina Bohrer and Angela Bohrer. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren, with whom she shared countless special moments.
Kris’s life was a testament to resilience, love, and generosity. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
