* Must apply annually between the first Monday in February and the last Friday in April.
* Must be 62 years or older when applying to qualify for the tax credit.
* Your primary residence must be in Bates County.
* Tax credit only applies to your residence, not any land our outbuildings.
* Must not owe any delinquent taxes.
* Tax Credit only applies to the County tax levy.
* You or your spouse can only apply for one tax credit in Missouri.
