This morning around 10:30 am the Bates County Sheriff’s Office and the Bates County Sheriff's Posse deployed assets to Miami County Kansas for an agency assistance on a search and rescue operations.
The Miami County Kansas Sheriff’s Office is working with the Overland Park Police Department on a missing persons report.
The Bates County Sheriff’s Office deployed multiple horses, drones and operators, ATV and UTVs. The Sheriff’s Posse deployed manpower and an additional drone and operator.
According to the Miami County Sheriff's office, Jordan's vehicle was found in the area of 247th Street and 69 Highway. Following the extensive search of the area, his whereabouts are still unknown and if anyone has information, please contact the Miami county Sheriff's office or the Olathe police department.
